How the process works...

• You may either make an appointment to come into my office or I will travel a reasonable distance (for a fee).
  • Special arrangements on traveling fees may be made if there are parties of 5 people or more (depending on the distance).
  • Taking an impression of your ears takes about 10 minutes. This process is generally painless although some say it can tickle.
  • I will always examine the ears to determine if they are free from debris/wax and make sure there are no abnormalities. If there is debris, wax or an abnormality, I may not be able to take the impression that day. In that case I will suggest you see your Dr. to resolve the situation. I AM NOT LICENSED TO REMOVE WAX FROM THE EARS.
• Standard shipping is 3-4 weeks and is included in the price. (Tax not included)
  • Rush orders can be arranged at an additional cost and usually arrive in 5-6 business days.
• Earmolds can be shipped directly to you for a small additional fee.
• Earmolds may be returned, remade, or exchanged within 30 days (Shipping costs are not refunded for returns; remakes and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges)
