I purchased the Westone UM-2 monitors with custom eartips over 5 years ago from Shauna. She fully checked out my ears before making the molds and gave extra attention to the sharp curve in my ear canal, which is more sharp than for most. These are by far the best IEM's in this price range I've used since. The custom eartips still fit perfectly and I love the UM-2's.
